      hi Autel  i have a md802  4 systems i think
    serial nr. is ME8716000663

    i bought it throug ebay  a user cald obdprice he says my md802 cant update for all system
    is he telling me the thruth      sorry my english 
    here is what he write

    Hi, your MD802 is a 4 systems one. You could purchase the update service to update it to a all systems one from our dealers. Below is one of update services sold our online sellers. Hope it could be helpful.

     HELLO, 

    My MD802 Elite does not scan TOYOTA.

    It starts communicating with vehicle and states DATA INITILIZING 1/12 AND HANGS.

    My Toyota folder path has only 2 files as against 12 files.

    I would be glad if you can get the files emailed to me so I can put them into the folder and see if it works.

    The file location is;
    G:\scan\MAKE\Asia\Toyota\toyota_systemtoprotocoltobin

    toyota_systemtoprotocoltobin.tab
    toyota_systemtoprotocoltobin_0.idx
    toyota_systemtoprotocoltobin_1.idx

    You can check with your engineer device and see if the files in the folder are 2 or 12.
